Clean place & exceptionally pleasant staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Stocked, cosy units provided with beer, the TV and bathroom. Magnificent and ideal location in the best area, easy to get around.

Furniture

Service was horrible. Upon check in, they tried to bump me into a standard room for the price I paid for a luxury. Without telling me. Went to the room, seen standard, went and complained, and they offered a room with a broken front door. Spa bath units were out of order, and no one had bothered to tell me. Told me I could use the tub with the door broken, and go back to my room for ten dollars off of the 95 I'd had spent... Kidding me... Didn't apologize or attempt to make up for the lack of communication.

Nice place with great wi-fi, free parking, and a snack bar. I remember how the staff helped me with directions during my first stay. I recommend it as a solid choice for a comfortable visit.

It's super close to Wild Waves Water Park , made it easy for us to have a fun day out without much hassle. The staff helped us check-in quickly, a nice surprise.

In my wife's opinion, the rooms could use some serious updating to be more family-friendly. Having more space for the kids to play would really enhance the experience.

I was a little stressed when I needed a place at the last minute, but the room was clean and warm when I walked in. The cozy lounge and game room helped me unwind after a long day, and I appreciated having access to those options. The breakfast selection could use some variety, but it didn't ruin my overall experience, so I'd definitely recommend it for a short stay 😊

Not the best experience

So, we showed up late, and they wouldn't even let us check in early for the next day. Paid a ton for a room that looked super basic. Plus, they lost my cash deposit! The TVs didn't even work with external drives. At least the snack bar was there, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle.
